Bruni & Campisi in Westchester County is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor (Scheduling & Dispatch) to join a fast-paced service team. You will coordinate technician scheduling and daily workflows, ensuring clarity and timely updates for customers and field staff.

The role emphasizes real-time schedule management, route optimization, proactive communication, and strong problem-solving to maintain service levels.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in dispatching, scheduling, or operations (HVAC or service industry preferred).
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and technicians.
• Problem-solving ability to anticipate issues and adapt quickly.
• Experience with dispatching software, e.g., ServiceTitan or similar.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Technician Scheduling with the Service Manager to optimize daily operations.
• Manage Real-Time Schedules and adjust start times, departures, and completions as needed.
• Route Optimization using routing matrices to match the right technician to the call.
• Communicate with Field Technicians for updates on routing, parts, and timelines.
• Respond to customer inquiries and schedule requests with clear, professional updates.
• Maintain Workforce Availability by tracking PTO, sick time, and weekend coverage.
• Forecast Workload 2-3 days ahead to prepare for upcoming jobs.
• Follow-Up on Pending Work and coordinate job completion timelines.
• Parts Coordination: communicate with customers about parts availability and delays.
• Problem Resolution: quickly address conflicts to maintain flow.
