Service Experts LLC in Utah is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator II to support the Sales Team, Service Technicians, Maintenance Technicians, and Installers by maintaining accurate data and coordinating schedules. You will communicate with customers about appointments, plan and route technicians, and ensure capacity planning is current.

This role requires strong multitasking, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with experience in customer service.
• Prior dispatching experience is desirable.
• Experience using computers in an administrative office environment.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Excellent customer-service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Effectively and courteously communicates with customers to schedule service, maintenance, or sales calls.
• Call customers to remind them of upcoming appointments and update on technician arrival times.
• Plan and route branch staff to service calls based on availability, skills, and location.
• Maintain capacity planning and fill appointment gaps due to cancellations.
• Represent the company professionally and assign sales leads per policy.
