Job summary

Service Experts is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator II to support the Sales Team, Service Technicians, Maintenance Technicians, and Installers by maintaining accurate data in our systems. You will schedule calls, coordinate follow-ups, and route Residential Sales Consultants and technicians according to guidelines.

In a fast-paced environment, you will communicate with customers about appointments, remind them of upcoming visits, and ensure capacity planning is optimized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with customer service experience.
• Experience with AS400 or similar office systems is desirable.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer-service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of local geography and ability to plan routes.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to schedule service or sales calls.
• Call customers to remind about appointments and inform of changes.
• Plan and route branch staff to service calls based on availability and needs.
• Maintain capacity planner and fill appointment gaps due to cancellations.
• Represent the company professionally and ethically.
• Assign sales leads to Residential Sales Consultants.
