Cox Fleet is seeking a senior operations manager to lead a remote/hybrid team across the United States. The role emphasizes strong leadership, mentoring, and process optimization within a fast-paced fleet services environment.

Responsibilities include team management, performance coaching, HR collaboration, and ensuring adherence to policies. Salary ranges from $81,400 to $122,000 per year with potential incentive programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6 years' experience in a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a management/leadership role.
• Experience in the automotive industry or fleet management preferred.
• Experience supporting process and operational excellence.
• Excellent relationship building, networking, communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all assigned team members.
• Monitor and coach team members in operational excellence, dispatch timeliness, team efficiency, phone metrics and staff utilization.
• Manage alerts and monitoring software.
• Ensure system processes are maximized.
• Assist team members in development, motivation and training.
• Perform annual reviews and QIP measurements.
• Collaborate with HR on recruiting, interviews, and promotions.
• Interact with customers or vendors to ensure proper event handling.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.
