Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• At least 1 year in a management/leadership role.
• Automotive industry or fleet management experience preferred.
• Experience supporting process and operational excellence.

• Adaptability to changing environments.
• Strong problem solving and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all assigned team members.
• Coach team in operational excellence and dispatch timeliness.
• Monitor alerts and ensure processes are maximized.
• Support personal development, motivation and training.
• Conduct annual reviews and QIP measurements.
• Collaborate with HR on interviews and promotions.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
