A1 Garage Door Service is seeking a Dispatch Manager to lead daily dispatch operations, optimize technician routing, and uphold service standards. You will coach a growing team and partner with other departments to ensure timely service and a consistent customer experience.

In this role you will own KPIs, implement process improvements, and manage staffing within budget. Strong ServiceTitan and Excel skills are preferred, with proven leadership in a fast-paced field-service environment.

Competenze

• 5+ years in dispatch or service operations with leadership experience.
• Experience owning operational KPIs, staffing plans and labor cost management.

Mansioni

• Lead day-to-day dispatch operations to ensure efficiency and service excellence.
• Direct managers and dispatchers to optimize schedules in real time.
• Manage routing, capacity and flow to maximize productivity.
• Resolve escalated scheduling conflicts and service delays.
• Maintain schedules, notes, ETAs, technician status and follow-ups.
• Ensure KPIs are met and address performance gaps.
• Develop dispatch team through coaching and training.
• Oversee SOPs and implement dispatch system changes.
• Collaborate with Technicians, CS and leadership on priorities.
