Nextlink in Hudson Oaks, Texas is seeking a hands-on Dispatch Supervisor to lead our dispatch operations and coordinate effectively with field teams and customers to ensure timely service delivery.

You will manage daily dispatch activities, coach staff, develop KPI reports, and work with Area Supervisors to improve productivity, safety, and customer experience. On-site role with travel up to 40%.

Qualifications

• Higher emphasis on leadership in a supervisory role (2–4 years preferred).
• Experience collaborating with field operations and customer service teams is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with dispatching software and data entry systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of dispatchers, ensuring smooth daily operations and accurate work assignments.
• Monitor and optimize field service dispatch to support field teams and improve service delivery.
• Build and maintain KPIs/OKRs to track performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure full shift coverage, accurate scheduling, and timely job dispatching across field operations.
• Support agents through coaching, real-time feedback, and hands-on assistance with systems and procedures.
