Qualifications

• Two plus years of prior experience working as a dispatcher.
• Ability to manage projects and meet schedules.
• Strong customer service focus and professional conduct.
• Ability to navigate computer systems across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and performs dispatch, timekeeping, customer service and data entry tasks.
• Provides direction to dispatchers and office staff, assigns work and trains staff.
• Monitors routes, handles reroutes, and supports hazard assessments as needed.
• Partners with Operations to resolve customer service issues and maintain schedules.
