Job summary

Sagent is seeking a Dispatcher Lead to coordinate timely dispatch of vehicles, teams, and equipment. You will open work orders, source resources, and provide updates to meet customer requirements while training others and maintaining KPI-driven performance.

The role requires strong communication, ability to handle high-pressure situations, and flexibility with Mondays–Fridays schedule. Hybrid work with on-site Tue–Thu and remote Mon & Fri is anticipated.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; logistics certification a plus.
• Experience in dispatch or logistics in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with ticketing software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Leads Dispatch Staff in delivering dispatch services and meets KPI goals.
• Oversees tickets from creation to completion and verifies SLA compliance.
• Creates tickets based on needs and performs ticket fulfilment for dispatch.
• Trains dispatch team to fulfill program requirements.
• Ensures data integrity for program reporting and manages coverage during PTO/holidays.
