Qualifications

• Minimum of two years office or customer service experience.
• Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to plan, schedule, and supervise work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and dispatch software.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise dispatch/customer service staff to ensure quality and timeliness.
