Responsibilities

• Answer calls and aim to book appointments on first contact.
• Dispatch and coordinate technicians using ServiceTitan.
• Provide pricing information, process payments, and answer inquiries.
• Support daily time tracking and payroll processing.
• Manage social media accounts and solicit Google reviews.
• Create and manage purchase orders for parts and supplies.
• Generate simple reports for ownership on key metrics.
