Job summary

Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Ready-Mix Concrete Dispatch Manager in Pavilion, NY to lead daily dispatch, scheduling, and logistics for New York State ready-mix operations. You will guide a team and partner with plant operations, sales, and transportation to ensure safe, efficient, and customer-focused deliveries.

The role requires experience in dispatch or logistics leadership in a fast-paced setting, strong analytics, and ability to optimize fleet utilization.
