Job summary

Saddle Creek Logistics Services is seeking an Operations Support Coordinator to assist warehouse floor operations. You will coordinate all inbound/outbound trucks and ensure proper documentation, serving as the primary contact for drivers and carriers.

The role supports waving/ documenting orders, returns, and daily reporting while collaborating with supervisors and warehouse teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• 6+ months in a customer service, client-facing, or clerical role.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred.
• Warehouse/industrial setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with carrier dispatch and clients' drivers professionally and in writing.
• Schedule inbound and outbound shipments using TMS; communicate truck schedule.
• Manage Bills of Lading (BOLs).
• Act as liaison between drivers and Saddle Creek personnel on shipment questions.
• Research and propose solutions for driver-related issues.
• Assist warehouse leads and operations teams.
• Generate and retain required operation reports.
• Wave orders, document returns and exchanges including receipts and shipping docs.
• Check in carriers for appointments.
• Verify receiving process quality, timeliness, and accuracy.
