Beacon Mobility is seeking a Transportation Coordinator in the Boston area to supervise 30-60 drivers, organize routes, and assign driver schedules across multiple regions. You will maintain compliant records and support drivers, clients, and staff to ensure efficient operations.

The role requires strong customer service, problem-solving, and office tech skills, with a focus on safety and adaptability in a busy office environment. Evening/weekend rotation and full-time status apply.

Formación

• Supervisor experience is required or preferred.
• Routing knowledge and familiarity with local area strongly preferred.
• Self-motivation with a strong work ethic and initiative.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn the company programs, clients and staff.
• Enjoys working with children.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Google Chrome, Android tablets.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and advise 30-60 drivers and monitors.
• Develop and implement efficient routes across multiple regions.
• Assign driver assignments based on skills and performance.
• Accurately record, retrieve and deliver messages; resolve operational problems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and develop driver skills.
• Encourage high performance and address non-compliance when needed.
• Spend significant time driving to know routes and clients.
• Build positive relationships with drivers, clients and staff.
• Maintain detailed records for monthly billing.
