• Monitor performance metrics and implement operational improvements.
• Resolve customer inquiries and delivery or quality issues.
• Build relationships with customers, suppliers, and SRM teams for seamless communication.
• Uphold safety regulations and company policies.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
