SERVPRO of Douglasville/Carrollton/Troup-Coweta Counties is seeking a Dispatch/Receptionist to be the vital link between customers and our team. You will answer calls, log FNOLs, provide updates, and help coordinate emergency services in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include directing calls, data entry, dispatch tracking, communicating with clients, coordinating with vendors, welcoming visitors, and supporting marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; business/communication education is a plus.
• Experience in dispatch or receptionist role in restoration or service industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and dispatch software.
• Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving mindset.
• Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and direct to appropriate team members.
• Enter lead calls and FNOL into the system with accuracy.
• Provide updates to clients on service status and follow up to schedule.
• Assist with data entry and filing.
• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain an organized dispatch system and track lead calls.
• Coordinate with vendors for service delivery.
• Support marketing efforts by promoting services to potential clients.
• Greet visitors in a professional manner and provide exceptional service.
• Dispatch and track lead calls to relevant teams to ensure timely response.
• Review WIP board to identify bottlenecks and improve dispatch processes.
• Coordinate production and on-call schedules for efficient resource use.
• Monitor referral progress to meet customer expectations.
