Basalite Building Products, LLC is seeking a capable dispatcher and customer service associate. Under the Office Manager, you will dispatch delivery trucks to customers’ job sites, ensure load accuracy, and communicate delivery details.

You will process orders, invoices, and credits in SAP, handle AR requests, and assist sales teams with customer requests. The role also involves assisting with marketing materials, maintaining pricing and inventory data, and supporting safety and attendance

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required; some college courses a plus.
• Two years’ customer service experience preferred; experience in concrete block or sack industry a plus.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Truck Dispatching experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills in a dynamic environment.
• Good reading, writing and mathematical skills.
• Strong communication, teamwork, decision-making and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Dispatches delivery trucks to customers’ job sites in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with drivers to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries.
• Communicate delivery day/time with customers and proactively set up delivery dates.
• Maintain daily delivery log and handle customer calls professionally.
• Process sales orders, change orders, and SAP setup data.
• Enter orders in SAP and distribute to departments.
• Issue invoices and credits per Basalite policies.
• Assist sales teams with customer requests and marketing materials.
