Job summary

The role requires comfort with computers, phones, and MS Office; an associate degree or technical certification is preferred, with payroll entry and attendance tasks as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Associate degree, tech certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Experience in transportation, logistics, dispatching, customer service or related field preferred.
• Must be comfortable using computers, phones, and company software to manage operations and produce reports.

Responsibilities

• Take, enter, and manage customer orders.
• Assign orders to quarries and coordinate truck assignments.
• Coordinate deliveries between company trucks, lease haulers, and quarries.
• Dispatch orders and communicate messages, schedule changes, and special instructions.
• Serve as a liaison between drivers, customers, quarries, and internal departments.
