Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of geographic area where dispatching is strongly preferred.
• Minimum three years' work experience in construction or concrete.
• Experience using a personal computer.

Responsibilities

• Receive customer orders by phone or from order taker and input accurately.
• Communicate with customers to determine quantity, mix, delivery time, and location.
• Suggest value-added products to enhance job outcomes.
• Schedule mixer trucks to maximize utilization and meet customer needs to deliver on time.
• Generate delivery tickets and coordinate with plant and operations managers.
• Monitor truck status and ensure DOT compliance and smooth operations.
