Qualifications

• Two years of related experience and/or training.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming customer orders for materials and products.
• Prepare order paperwork for shipment and secure freight carriers as required.
• Route orders to departments and follow up to ensure delivery by dates.
• Resolve routine issues with carriers, including liability and rate discrepancies.
• Provide product information and direct customers to resources.
