Aspen Waste Systems of Minnesota, Inc. is hiring a Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative to join our Minneapolis office. You will coordinate with drivers, handle a high volume of calls, and ensure timely pickups and effective resolution of service issues for residential and commercial routes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred.
• Excellent telephone and PC skills with the ability to learn new software.
• Ability to multi-task, solve problems, and resolve customer inquiries professionally.
• Experience in the service industry and passion for customer loyalty is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle a large volume of incoming calls and address inquiries efficiently.
• Dispatch drivers using real-time information to balance cost and speed.
• Document inquiries promptly and maintain customer accounts.
• Assign routes and service tickets; close tickets daily and follow up on issues.
• Coordinate outbound calls to resolve on-site service issues and ensure same-day resolution.
