Ascentek in Minnesota is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support the dispatch department, manage load information, communicate with drivers, gather documentation, and assist with billing packets. You will ensure loads move smoothly from booking through invoicing by maintaining accurate data and monitoring shipment progress.

This role emphasizes customer and driver service, scheduling and load coordination, and daily use of transportation management systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 1-3 years in dispatch, transportation, logistics, or admin roles.
• Proficiency with dispatch software and transportation systems.

Responsibilities

• Enter load information into transportation management systems.
• Create and distribute dispatch information to drivers and verify details.
• Monitor daily load progress and update shipment statuses.
• Collect PODs and support billing packets for invoicing.
• Maintain accurate records and generate operational reports.
