You will handle high volumes of customer calls, dispatch drivers, and maintain accurate service tickets to ensure timely pickups and issue resolution. Qualifications

• High School Diploma required. Post secondary education preferred.
• Excellent telephone skills and professional communication.
• Proficient with PC and standard software applications.
• Ability to recognize and resolve problems effectively.
• Ability to multitask with conflicting requirements and deadlines.
• Strong customer service orientation and loyalty-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle a large volume of incoming calls and address inquiries professionally.
• Dispatch drivers to service calls based on needs, locations, and loads.
• Use radio and tablet tools to communicate with drivers and document interactions.
• Maintain customer accounts and service tickets, updating information promptly.
• Coordinate routes to balance cost and speed of response and ensure same-day service when needed.
• Resolve service issues on-site by timely issue resolution and driver coordination.
