Job summary
Waste Management is seeking a Dispatcher to provide timely response to customer inquiries, schedule pickups, process product orders, and dispatch vehicles on pre-set routes to support efficient service.
The role requires a high school diploma and 2 years of experience in transportation, logistics, routing or customer service. The position is on-site in Sharon, MA with Monday–Friday hours and competitive benefits.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years experience in Transportation, Logistics, Routing and Customer Service.
Responsibilities
- Assist Customer Service with customer requests (SFDC cases) and route changes.
- Dispatch vehicles on pre-set routes for drivers daily.
- Update SAP data / notes and communicate performance standards.
