Job summary

Whitney Services is seeking a reliable dispatcher to connect field techs with customers and schedule jobs across Michigan and Florida. You will manage requests, transmit messages, track vehicles, and ensure timely information flow under pressure.

The ideal candidate has experience in the skilled trades, strong communication, and outstanding multitasking abilities to serve residential and commercial clients in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in the skilled trades space.
• Proven experience as dispatcher or relevant position.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Active listener with excellent communication skills.
• Sound judgment and critical thinking.
• Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
• Outbound calls to potential leads.
• Generate/Input sales leads.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information using the right tools.
• Handle customer complaints and follow up to resolution.
• Keep records of customer interactions and documents.
• Experience with Service Titan is required.
