Job summary

Whitney Services, a multi-trade home services company serving Michigan and Florida, is seeking a reliable dispatcher to act as the communication hub between techs in the field and customers.

You will schedule jobs, transmit messages, and track vehicles, while handling large volumes of calls and generating sales leads. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, organized, calm under pressure, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Experience in the skilled trades space.
• Proven experience as dispatcher or relevant position.
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Active listener with excellent communication skills.
• Sound judgment and critical thinking.
• Manage large amounts of incoming calls and outbound calls.
• Generate/input sales leads and identify customer needs.
• Build sustainable relationships with customer accounts through open communication.
• Provide accurate information using the right tools; handle complaints and follow up.
• Keep records of customer interactions and process documents.
