Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.

• Communicate clearly with customers, technicians, and management.
• Maintain records in the customer management system (ServiceTitan).
• Make outbound calls to confirm appointments and schedule service.
• Follow up after service to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
• Handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism, escalating as needed.
• Support the team with administrative tasks such as data entry, invoice review, and follow-up calls.
• Contribute to a positive office environment focused on teamwork and customer care.
