Job summary

Hiller Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical is seeking a dispatcher to coordinate technicians, schedule service calls, and optimize field productivity across our Tennessee service area. You will prioritize requests, manage on-call rotations, and ensure accurate customer data and timely communication with customers and technicians.

Requirements include at least 3 years in dispatch or coordinating field teams, Service Titan experience preferred, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of dispatch experience preferred.
• Service Titan experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Geographical knowledge of service area and map reading skills helpful.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch technicians to service calls and maintain technician schedules.
• Prioritize calls according to customer and operational need.
• Coordinate and maintain on-call schedules for technicians and after-hours procedures.
• Schedule calls, enter service calls, and debrief with technicians.
• Maintain complete, accurate and updated information in the customer database.
• Effectively manage conflict resolution with customers through clear communication, addressing all concerns, questions, or problems expediently.
• Promptly report any service issues to the appropriate leader to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
