Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in customer support or client service.
• Proficient with Outlook/Gmail, Google Voice and Microsoft Office 365.
• Strong multitasking, prioritization and time management skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Bilingual preferred: English/Spanish/Portuguese.
• Dispatching experience a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
