You will resolve delivery concerns in real time, coordinate solutions with delivery teams, and communicate with internal departments to ensure exceptional service throughout the delivery experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous customer service experience is required.
• Delivery, logistics, or appliance delivery experience is strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn dispatch systems.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage all incoming delivery-related customer calls.
• Resolve customer concerns and delivery issues while providing exceptional service.
• Coordinate with delivery crews to troubleshoot and resolve issues in real time.
• Provide timely updates on delivery status to customers.
• Authorize customer damage allowances within guidelines.
• Coordinate service requests with the Service Department after repairs.
• Travel to customer homes using a company vehicle when necessary.
• Document all delivery issues and resolutions to leadership.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and delivery issues.
• Work with Delivery, Service, Sales, and Warehouse teams to ensure a positive experience.
• Keep the delivery phone on-site during scheduled hours.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
