Job summary

Restoration Industry Leader is seeking a Receptionist–Dispatcher for an in-person, full-time role. You will handle incoming calls, schedule restoration teams, and manage data across multiple systems to ensure accurate routing and customer communications.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of customer service or office experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, and knowledge of local geography is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer service and/or office-related experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft programs (Excel, Outlook) and able to learn new software.
• Ability to effectively multitask and stay detail oriented.
• Prior dispatch experience is helpful.
• Knowledge of local geographical area preferred.
• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• Must be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming calls and emails about past services and general inquiries.
• Dispatch and schedule restoration teams to leads and projects with management.
• Review and maintain software to route teams and input customer information.
• Perform detailed data entry in multiple systems.
