Jubitz Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented dispatcher to manage daily route sheets for drivers and oversee delivery scheduling. You will verify routes using the SMARTLogix Dispatch system, ensuring calls and alerts are properly scheduled and drivers complete routes in the correct order, while maintaining a professional, customer-focused approach.

• Requires a high school diploma or GED; a two-year degree is preferred.
• Two years of office experience or similar is required.
• Familiarity with the fuel industry is preferred.
• Ability to communicate B2B transactions is required.
• Must have strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily route sheets for drivers and ensure all deliveries are included.
• Review driver route reports to verify proper order and timing.
• Assist in training Mobile Fueling Drivers for quality service.
• Conduct business professionally with a whole-company approach.

Description

Responsible for completion of daily route sheets for drivers, including ensuring all scheduled deliveries are included on a route, and all call in or monitor alerts are scheduled appropriately. Review driver's route reports in the SMARTLogix Dispatch program to ensure routes are being completed in the proper order, and to identify where route times are outside of expectations. Assist in the initial and ongoing training of Mobile Fueling Drivers to ensure an engaged and customer-oriented delivery of service. Conduct company business and execute programs on behalf of the company in a professional manner and with a whole company approach. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; two-year degree preferred.
• Two years of office experience/or similar experience required.
• Familiarity with the fuel industry preferred
