Job summary

RelaDyne LLC is seeking a highly organized Dispatch Coordinator to support daily fuel delivery operations in Glendale, AZ. You will serve as the primary contact between customers, drivers, and branch operations, ensuring deliveries are scheduled efficiently and customer needs are met.

Responsibilities include coordinating deliveries, processing tickets and orders, monitoring schedules, and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in dispatching, logistics, transportation, customer service, operations, or a related field.
• Strong computer and data-entry skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, drivers, branch personnel, and internal teams.
• Coordinate and dispatch deliveries to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Review, process, and maintain delivery tickets, sales orders, and operational records.
• Quote pricing and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Monitor delivery schedules and proactively address service issues or delays.
• Plan and assign deliveries to maximize efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with inventory tracking and support monthly inventory activities.
• Verify completion of pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Ensure drivers comply with company policies and applicable state and federal regulations.
• Support forecasting and planning activities related to inventory and delivery demand.
• Maintain accurate documentation and operational reporting.
• Report accidents, incidents, or unsafe conditions immediately.
