The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in dispatch or fleet supervision and familiar with TMW TMS, DOT regulations, and effective communication. Join our team and support efficient route execution and courier reporting.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years dispatch, load planning, or fleet supervision experience in trucking/transportation.
• TMS experience with TMW is preferred.
• Working knowledge of DOT regulations and Hours of Service rules.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
• Proven organizational ability to prioritize competing demands and solve problems under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and track drivers and freight to guarantee on-time pickup and delivery.
• Coordinate with on-site shop for maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
• Act as primary contact for customer accounts via phone and email; deliver daily reports and updates.
• Monitor Hours of Service and ELD to ensure DOT compliance; process paperwork promptly.
