You will coordinate with on-site shop technicians, monitor HOS/ELD for DOT compliance, and act as the primary contact for customer accounts by phone and email. The shift pattern is posted with weekly coverage and on-site work.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of dispatch, load planning, or fleet supervisory experience in trucking/transportation.
• Experience with TMS, specifically TMW, strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of DOT regulations and Hours of Service (HOS).
• Strong verbal and written communication with professional phone etiquette.
• Proven organizational ability to prioritize competing operational demands.
• Excellent problem-solving skills under time-sensitive constraints.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and track drivers and freight to guarantee on-time pickup and delivery.
• Coordinate with on-site shop technicians to expedite maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
• Serve as the primary contact for customer accounts via phone and email; deliver daily reports and transit updates.
• Monitor Hours of Service (HOS) and electronic logs (ELD) to ensure DOT compliance and process trip paperwork.
