Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in dispatching or field service coordination.
• Experience with customer service and invoicing.
• Basic Microsoft Excel and Word experience.
• HVAC/R, electrical, plumbing, or coffee equipment knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key contact for equipment technicians and manage their work schedule and documents.
• Ensure timely repairs within NTE limits and SLAs; escalate as needed.
• Handle timesheet entry, cost tracking, and invoice audits.
