SP+ is hiring a Valet Dispatcher in Scottsdale, AZ. You will coordinate valet attendants, manage vehicle keys, and ensure timely service while upholding safety and courtesy standards.

This role requires a customer‑focused attitude, basic math for transactions, and the ability to communicate clearly with guests and staff. Shift variation may apply; uniform is required, and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: Less than High School or 1 month related experience; prior valet driving preferred.
• License: Valid state driver’s license with good record is required if driving a company vehicle.
• Availability: May require 2nd/3rd shift and weekends depending on location.
• Language: Ability to read and comprehend basic instructions and write simple correspondence.
• Customer service: Ability to respond positively to customer problems or complaints.
• Mathematical: Basic arithmetic using dollars and cents.
• Appearance: Maintain neat, clean appearance in uniform.
• Other: Ability to use a calculator/credit card machine and handle transactions.
• Other attributes: Adapt to changes and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical: Ability to stand/sit and perform duties; regular use of phone/radio.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate parking and retrieval of guest vehicles with Valet Attendants.
• Monitor guest wait times to meet service standards.
• Secure and track guest vehicle keys.
• Accept and process valet fees where applicable.
• Answer phones with proper etiquette and knowledge of local area.
• Provide directions using major streets/landmarks when needed.
• Respond promptly to customer questions or issues.
• Report incidents or safety hazards to supervisors.
• Assist in keeping ramp area and office clean.
• Maintain uniform and professional appearance and punctuality.
