Staffmark Group is hiring a Dispatch Coordinator in Princeton, IN to support daily driver and freight coordination. The role pays $18.00 per hour and runs Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM-2:00 PM, with responsibilities including dispatching drivers, entering data, and generating reports.

You'll work with Central Dispatch to maintain routes and handle high call volumes, ensuring on-time service. Ideal candidates have logistics or dispatch experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or related field.
• Strong communication for phone, email, and customer interactions.
• Data entry and computer proficiency.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• 1-3 years of logistics/dispatch/warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with dispatching drivers and freight.
• Coordinate daily operations with Central Dispatch.
• Enter and maintain operational and transportation data.
• Generate daily reports and route documentation.
• Handle high volumes of phone calls and communications with drivers and customers.
• Track route changes, delays, and service exceptions.
• Maintain accurate records and operational reports.
• Support transportation and logistics teams to ensure on-time service.
