Job summary

Frank Martz Coach Company is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support early-morning dispatch operations. You will help ensure drivers, routes, and charter services are prepared and dispatched accurately each day.

Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 3:00 AM–11:30 AM. Responsibilities include verifying driver readiness, coordinating line runs and charters, and communicating updates on delays or changes. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior transportation, dispatch, or operations experience.
• Must be able to perform mathematical calculations including ratios, percentages, and averages.
• Clear written or verbal communication required.

Responsibilities

• Verify driver readiness, assignments, and trip details before departure.
• Coordinate scheduled line runs and charter dispatches.
• Communicate updates related to delays, route conditions, and service changes.
• Monitor departures and report operational issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation and daily logs.
• Assist with last-minute schedule adjustments and coverage needs.
