• Direct and schedule drivers' work and ensure on-time movement of goods.
• Identify and resolve daily service and scheduling issues and escalate as needed.
• Monitor drivers' hours of service to prevent DOT violations.
• Communicate regularly with customers about issues impacting service.
• Prepare and process data and paperwork in dispatch systems in near real time.
• Promote safety in all areas of dispatch.
