Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management in Scottsdale is seeking a full-time Dishwasher to support cooks, bus persons and servers by ensuring clean utensils and dishware for guests. The role requires maintaining a safe, clean kitchen and adhering to health standards in a 24/7 hotel environment.

You will handle soiled ware, operate the dish machine, and keep floors and work areas sanitary while assisting other kitchen staff.

Qualifications

• Hold a current Food Handler Card.
• Knowledge of service ware and how to maintain it to compliment guest experience.
• Ability to operate a commercial kitchen dish machine per standards.

Responsibilities

• Sort soiled ware promptly so it can be washed and stored properly.
• Wash all ware quickly and replace in designated storage areas.
• Clean kettles, skillets, pots and pans promptly and completely.
• Perform general cleaning tasks using hotel cleaning products and health standards.
• Clean and dry floors to prevent slip and fall hazards.
• Separate linen from debris and maintain tidy areas.
• Follow all company policies, safety and security procedures.
• Report unsafe conditions and accidents to management.
• Maintain neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance per handbook.
• Assist other kitchen personnel and perform related duties as requested.
