P.F. Chang's is hiring for a Dishwasher to ensure a clean, safe, and sanitized dining environment. You will wash and sanitize all dishware and equipment, keep the dish area organized, and support kitchen staff during busy periods.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a current Food Handler's Card.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with team members.
• Ability to work around various temperatures in the kitchen.

Aufgaben

• Operates an industrial dishwasher.
• Wash dishes, sweep/mop floors, clean and maintain equipment, sanitize utensils and maintain all areas of the restaurant.
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment or utensils in clean and orderly conditions.
• Clean food preparation areas, facilities or equipment.
• Execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
• Place clean dishes, utensils or cooking equipment in storage areas.
• Empty and clean all trash receptacles.
• Provide assistance to prep cook and other kitchen staff during peak times.
