Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring a Dishwasher to keep our kitchen safe and sanitary for staff and guests. You will wash and sanitize all plate ware, drink ware, utensils, pots, pans, and cooking equipment, and maintain a clean dish area.

This role supports kitchen operations, works in a fast-paced team, and requires reliability, basic safety knowledge, and a willingness to learn. Flexible schedules and competitive hourly pay are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must possess a current Food Handler’s Card.
• Excellent customer service and etiquette.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
• Ability to work in warm temperatures in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Operate an industrial dishwasher and wash dishes, utensils, and cookware.
• Maintain clean and organized dish room.
• Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment.
• Assist prep cook and kitchen staff during peak times.
• Load/unload deliveries and perform opening/closing side work.
• Handle spills or broken glassware promptly.
