Job summary

PF Changs China Bistro is hiring for a Dishwasher to ensure a clean, safe area for staff and guests. You will wash and sanitize all dishware, utensils, pots and cooking equipment, keeping the dish room organized and compliant with sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a current Food Handler’s Card, where applicable.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate an industrial dishwasher and maintain sanitation.
• Wash, rinse and sanitize all dishes, utensils, pots and pans.
• Keep the dish area clean and organized.
• Assist during peak times and basic prep as needed.
• Support kitchen staff with tasks during opening/closing shifts.
