Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is seeking a Dishwasher to maintain a clean, safe, and organized dish area. You will wash, sanitize and stock dishes, utensils and cookware while supporting kitchen operation in a fast-paced restaurant.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Must possess a current Food Handler’s Card, where applicable.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with team members.
• Learn about all chemicals used in the building and ability to use them properly.
• Ability to work around various temperatures in a fast paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Operates an industrial dishwasher and cleans dishes, utensils and cookware.
• Wash dishes, sweep and mop floors, and sanitize all equipment.
• Maintain clean and orderly dish and prep areas.
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures at all times.
• Place clean dishes and cookware in storage areas.
• Help prep cooks and kitchen staff during peak times.
• Load/unload food and supplies as needed.
