O’Charley’s is seeking a reliable Dish Operator to support daily kitchen operations. You will handle dishwashing, maintain cleanliness, and ensure proper sanitation of all wares while coordinating with Line Cooks to keep the kitchen running smoothly.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to stand long periods, and willingness to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of dishwashing procedures and kitchen sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down dish machine, clean/maintain components, report defects.
• Wash and store dishes, small wares and glasses; monitor water temperature.
• Check trash removal with a Manager; keep cans clean and stocked.
• Keep dishroom neat; maintain dry, safe floors and organized storage.
• Collaborate with Line Cooks to maintain a clean kitchen and efficient service.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by a Manager.
