Responsibilities

• Sets up and breaks down dish machine, cleans and polishes, and ensures proper operation.

• Removes trash and maintains a clean dishroom and storage areas.
• Keeps dish area neat, floors dry, and supports a clean kitchen with the team.
• Works with Line Cooks to maintain efficient food service.
• Performs other duties as assigned by a Manager.
