Qualifications

• Familiarity with preventive maintenance measures and cleaning standards.
• Ability to interact with guests and maintain speed and accuracy in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and breaks down dish machine and related components.
• Washes and stores dishes and silverware per procedures; monitors water temperature.
• Checks trash, maintains cleanliness of dishroom and storage areas.
• Keeps dishroom neat and floors dry; adheres to safety and sanitation standards.
• Works as part of the kitchen team to ensure efficient food service.
• Performs other duties as assigned by a Manager.
