Job summary

O’Charley’s is seeking a dependable Dish Operator to help maintain a clean and efficient kitchen environment. You will set up and break down the dish machine, wash and store dishes, and assist with general cleaning duties in a fast-paced restaurant setting.

Prospective team members should be friendly, able to communicate effectively, and work well with Line Cooks and other staff to ensure guests have a positive dining experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down dish machine; ensure cleanliness and proper operation.
• Wash and store dishes and silverware per procedures; monitor water temperature.
• Assist with keeping dishroom and storage areas neat and sanitary.
• Support kitchen team to maintain efficient food service and clean environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by a Manager.
