Responsibilities

• Sets up and breaks down dish machine and ensures proper operation.
• Washes and stores dishes and silverware following procedures.
• Checks trash and keeps dishroom clean and floors dry.
• Maintains a neat dishroom and detergent storage area.
• Works as a team with kitchen staff to maintain a clean, efficient kitchen.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by a Manager.
